1995 Eagle Talon bumping noise coming from front left side of car?
So, I just bought a used 1995 Eagle Talon from someone down the road for 2000 dollars. It is in great shape, except no matter how fast I'm going, there is a loud, thumping noise coming from the left front of the car. It gets faster when I'm going faster. My friend suggested it might be struts, because it is lowered on stock ones. I don't want to have him put new ones on if it's not going to fix the problem. Anything else that this could be? Also, would it be safe to drive until I have it fixed? Thanks for any help.

have the tires rotated front to rear… may be just a slipped belt or cupping of the left front tire.. if the same noise remains it may be an axle problem
